This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
- We typically ship orders within 2–7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or order volume.
2. Standard Shipping Rates (USA)
- $20 flat rate for orders under $99
- Free shipping for orders over $99, except when the order includes items from restricted categories (listed below)
3. Shipping of Oils & Chemical Products
Due to handling and transportation requirements, all items classified as Oils, Lubricants, and Chemical Products are subject to a fixed $25 shipping fee, regardless of:
- Order total
- Eligibility for free shipping
- Other products included in the same order
If your cart contains any item from this category, the free shipping threshold does not apply.
4. Customer Responsibility for Delivery
- Delivery and transport costs are the responsibility of the customer and due at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- InnTeck is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Contact us within 5 business days
- Provide photos of the damage (if applicable)
- We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
