We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • Include all original packaging, hardware, manuals, accessories, stickers, and any additional items originally included in the box
  • Show no signs of wear, installation, modification, or damage

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or may incur additional fees.


2. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, processing, and handling to ensure the product is restored to resale condition.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Products that have been personalized (e.g., engravings, custom colors, names, or numbers)
  • Items containing hazardous materials where regulations prohibit return shipping
  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured carrier for all returns.

If the original order included free shipping, the value of that shipping may be deducted from the final refund total.


5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Inspection is typically completed quickly, but processing times may vary based on volume and the condition of the returned item.

Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.


6. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance.
