The Dal Soggio 1P.RSKIT46-BETA20-25 RS Kit is an internal rear suspension upgrade developed specifically for compatible Beta motorcycles equipped with the corresponding Sachs 46 mm rear shock from 2020 to 2026.
The RS Kit improves the original shock by replacing the main hydraulic piston with a purpose-developed Dal Soggio component and combining it with a dedicated shim configuration.
Rather than treating the piston and valving as separate components, Dal Soggio redesigns both elements together in order to recalculate hydraulic oil flow through the rear shock during compression and rebound.
The kit uses a 46 mm CNC-machined piston manufactured from ERGAL 7075 T6.
The piston features 4 oil passages and receives a hard-anodized surface treatment, providing a durable hydraulic component intended for demanding off-road suspension use.
Together with the dedicated shim stack, the revised piston architecture is designed to improve damping control while retaining the original Sachs rear-shock body and overall suspension layout.
