Product Description
The Dal Soggio 1P.RSKIT46-2023 RS Kit is an internal rear suspension upgrade developed specifically for KTM Enduro motorcycles equipped with the corresponding WP Xplor rear shock from 2020 to 2023.
The RS Kit improves the original shock by replacing its main hydraulic piston with a purpose-developed Dal Soggio component and combining it with a dedicated shim configuration.
Rather than modifying only the shim stack, Dal Soggio redesigns both the piston geometry and the associated valving to recalculate the way suspension oil flows through the shock during compression and rebound.
At the center of the system is a 46 mm CNC-machined piston manufactured from ERGAL 7075 T6.
The piston features 4 oil passages and receives a hard-anodized surface treatment, providing a durable hydraulic component designed for demanding off-road suspension use.
The revised piston and shim settings operate together as a complete damping package, allowing the original WP Xplor shock to be upgraded internally without replacing the complete rear suspension assembly.
