SPHERE 3.0 is the latest evolution of Dal Soggio Race’s sealed and pressurized hydraulic cartridge system, developed through extensive dyno and track testing to improve fork sensitivity, precision, linearity, and rider feedback.

A major update is the redesigned bladder, which features a thinner yet stronger construction. This helps increase cartridge sensitivity and allows more precise bleeding of the hydraulic system.

The compression base valve has also been redesigned with separate High-Speed Compression and Low-Speed Compression settings. This allows the two damping ranges to be adjusted independently, giving suspension technicians greater control over the fork’s compression behavior.

Another key development is the new 36 mm compression piston, increased from the previous 28 mm design. The larger piston contributes to more linear front-fork behavior across the suspension stroke.

SPHERE 3.0 also introduces Dal Soggio’s Direct Flow Technology. Instead of routing the oil through indirect Z-shaped passages, the compression piston receives oil directly. This reduces internal flow restrictions and helps decrease hydraulic stress within the cartridge.
