Insert KTM 65SX 2024 – 2026 / Husqvarna TC65 2024 – 2026 / GasGas MC65 2024 – 2026 (5.25cc) VHM for 12° piston + 0.20mm base gasket

The AE32353-020 insert offers lower volume and higher compression than the standard VHM insert, delivering more torque in the low and mid RPM range—ideal for tracks with deep sand and for riders who want sharp throttle response out of corners.

To use this insert correctly, it must be combined with:

• VHM cylinder head AA33217

• VHM 12° piston APKT06521722

• OEM base gasket 0.70mm + additional 0.20mm base gasket (total 0.90mm)

This setup ensures proper squish clearance and piston height for optimal combustion. The insert is easily swappable thanks to the VHM interchangeable head design, and its part number is engraved for clear identification.

Not compatible with OEM heads. Must be used with the VHM cylinder head.
