Product Description
The VHM AA33157 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 150 SX and Husqvarna TE 150 2-stroke motorcycles, offering a performance-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.
Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is engineered to deliver strong and consistent engine performance under demanding motocross and off-road conditions. Its improved internal water duct promotes more effective heat transfer, helping maintain stable operating temperatures during extended high-load riding.
The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber to be changed without replacing the complete cylinder head. For this application, VHM specifies the AE32260-E standard insert, developed for balanced overall performance with a 13.60cc chamber volume, 0.00 mm piston height, and 1.10 mm squish.
This modular design provides greater tuning flexibility and simplifies combustion chamber servicing while retaining the same cylinder head assembly.
The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable interface and is engineered to provide improved resistance to detonation under demanding riding conditions.
An M6x8 vent screw and BD36006 copper sealing washer are included and pre-installed on the cylinder head.
Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33157 combines race-ready construction, improved cooling performance, and flexible engine tuning for competitive 150cc 2-stroke applications.
Combustion chamber insert is not included and must be ordered separately.
