The VHM AE32257-E 11.60cc cylinder head insert is the standard VHM combustion chamber configuration developed for KTM 125 SX, Husqvarna TC 125, and GASGAS MC 125 2-stroke motorcycles.
Designed for the best overall engine performance, the AE32257-E provides a balanced combination of throttle response, usable low- and mid-range torque, and strong high-rpm performance. It is the all-around VHM setup for riders who want predictable power delivery across a wide variety of motocross conditions.
The insert features an 11.60cc combustion chamber volume, 0.00 mm piston height, 0.90 mm squish, a flat-top piston crown profile, and a Ø54 mm bore. VHM lists the AE32257-E as the standard chamber for this engine generation.
VHM’s interchangeable combustion chamber system allows the insert to be changed quickly without replacing the complete cylinder head. This makes servicing easier and gives riders and engine tuners the flexibility to select alternative chamber volumes when different compression or power-delivery characteristics are required.
The AE32257-E is also designed to provide good resistance to detonation, helping support reliable performance during sustained high-rpm race use.
The insert is precision-engineered for the VHM AA33156 cylinder head and features an engraved part-number reference for easy identification during maintenance and engine setup.
This insert is not compatible with the OEM cylinder head and must be used with the VHM AA33156 head.
