VHM Low-Compression Cylinder Head Insert for Beta RR200 2T – 18.00cc

The VHM AE32293-F 18.00cc cylinder head insert is an optional lower-compression combustion chamber developed for Beta RR200 2T models equipped with the VHM AA33184-1 cylinder head.

Compared with the standard AE32293-E 17.60cc VHM insert, the larger 18.00cc combustion chamber lowers the compression ratio and shifts the engine character toward stronger high-rpm performance. This improves over-rev characteristics and top-end speed, making the setup especially suitable for faster terrain and hard-ground riding.

The trade-off of the lower-compression configuration is a softer bottom-end power reaction compared with the standard or smaller-volume high-compression chamber options.

The insert features an 18.00cc combustion chamber volume, +1.50 mm piston height, 1.40 mm squish, a dome piston crown profile, and a Ø62 mm bore.

VHM’s interchangeable combustion chamber system allows the insert to be changed without replacing the complete cylinder head, making it easier to tailor engine characteristics to different terrain and riding preferences.

The AE32293-F is precision-engineered for the VHM AA33184-1 cylinder head and features an engraved part-number reference for quick identification during servicing and engine setup.

This insert does not fit the OEM cylinder head and must be used with the VHM AA33184-1 head.
