The Dal Soggio 1P.SPH.WPXACT24EN3.0 SPHERE 3.0 is a complete sealed and pressurized hydraulic cartridge developed for the WP 48 XACT Closed Cartridge Enduro fork platform introduced from 2024.
Dal Soggio’s current technical catalog identifies this configuration as the SPHERE 3.0 WP 48 XACT CC 2024-2027 EN, intended for compatible KTM and Husqvarna Enduro motorcycles.
This version must be distinguished from the separate XACT CC MX cartridge and is not intended for 2024 KTM SX or Husqvarna TC motocross applications.
SPHERE 3.0 introduces a redesigned bladder that Dal Soggio describes as thinner and stronger, increasing cartridge sensitivity and improving precision during the bleeding process.
The compression base valve has also been redesigned with independent High-Speed Compression and Low-Speed Compression adjustment, allowing the suspension technician or rider to tune the two damping ranges separately.
The compression piston diameter has increased from the previous 28 mm to 36 mm, a change developed by Dal Soggio to significantly improve the linearity of the complete front fork.
