The Dal Soggio 1P.RSKIT50-1923 RS Kit is an internal rear suspension upgrade developed for compatible 50 mm rear shocks fitted to Husqvarna Enduro motorcycles from 2019 to 2023 and GasGas Enduro motorcycles from 2021 to 2023.
Rather than replacing the complete rear shock, the RS Kit upgrades its main hydraulic control components through a dedicated 50 mm piston and revised shim configuration.
Dal Soggio developed the system by redesigning the piston and recalculating the shim settings to alter the way suspension oil flows through the shock during compression and rebound.
The kit includes a CNC-machined piston manufactured from ERGAL 7075 T6, a high-strength aluminum alloy suited to demanding suspension applications.
The piston features 4 oil passages and receives a hard-anodized surface treatment for increased surface durability.
Together with the dedicated shim setting, the revised piston architecture is designed to provide more effective hydraulic management and expand the performance potential of the original rear shock.

How the RS Kit Works
