The Dal Soggio 1P.KIT_XP-ONE-V2 XP-One Kit is an internal front suspension upgrade developed specifically for the later-generation WP Xplor fork.
This version is intended for KTM EXC and Husqvarna models from 2022 to 2023, as well as compatible GasGas 2024 applications using the corresponding WP Xplor configuration.
The main difference between this version and the earlier XP-One kit used through 2021 is the installation layout.
On the XP-One V2, the upgrade is installed only in the compression leg, on the left side of the fork, rather than on both fork legs.
This revised configuration makes installation faster and simpler while maintaining the purpose of the XP-One system: improving the hydraulic behavior of the original WP Xplor suspension without replacing the complete fork assembly.
The kit is intended for riders looking for a practical internal upgrade to improve the behavior and tunability of the standard WP Xplor system while retaining the original suspension architecture.
For optimum operation of the kit, Dal Soggio recommends using CUBE suspension oil.

Application & Compatibility
The 1P.KIT_XP-ONE-V2 is designed for the later-generation WP Xplor front fork used on:
- KTM EXC models – 2022 to 2023

Compatibility depends on the actual WP Xplor fork fitted to the motorcycle.
This product should not be confused with the earlier 1P.KIT_XP-ONE, which is intended for WP Xplor applications from 2017 to 2021 and uses a different installation configuration.
How the XP-One V2 Works
The XP-One V2 modifies the hydraulic system of the WP Xplor fork through an upgrade installed in the compression-side fork leg.
Unlike the earlier-generation XP-One, which works on both legs, the V2 configuration requires intervention only on the left compression leg.
This revised layout reduces the amount of internal work required during installation and makes the upgrade more straightforward while preserving the original WP Xplor fork structure.
The purpose of the XP-One system is to improve control of oil flow and damping behavior within the original suspension architecture.
Difference from XP-One 2017-2021
Dal Soggio offers two distinct XP-One configurations for WP Xplor forks.
The earlier version for 2017-2021 works on both fork legs and modifies the original base-valve and mid-valve arrangement.
The 2022-2023 / GasGas 2024 version instead requires installation only in the compression leg on the left side.
This makes the later XP-One version:
- faster to install;
- less invasive;
- specific to the later WP Xplor configuration;
- distinct from the earlier XP-One system.
Recommended Oil
For optimum operation of the XP-One upgrade, Dal Soggio recommends CUBE Oil.
Using the correct suspension fluid is important for maintaining consistent hydraulic behavior, accurate damping response, and proper bleeding of the fork system.
Installation Note
Installation requires opening and servicing the WP Xplor compression-side fork leg and fitting the XP-One components correctly within the hydraulic system.
Correct oil filling, bleeding, assembly, and final suspension setup are essential for proper operation.
For this reason, installation and setup by a qualified suspension technician or Dal Soggio specialist are recommended.
